Anisette Ecological Paradise
Lllegar to Anisette and to see the forest around. Dense. Leafy. Of one intense green. His closeness to the sea, does that it has a moderate climate, with big forests and sotobosque of Mediterranean type, and plenty of groans, cork oaks, holm oaks, pines, agaves and prickly pears

Anisette is placed along with the creek Almadán, between the White Saw and the Alpujata saw. Both saws are rich in water and minerals. It is necessary to emphasize the Mine of the Peñoncillo, a mine of iron that was exploited by an English company until not many years ago

The most interesting of the Town is the popular architecture, of egg white inspiration andalusí, with narrow and steep, replete streets of rough track and multicolored flowers

Out-standing visits: church of the Embodiment, source of Jets, Museum of the Wine of Malaga, the caves, and the remains of Arab castle

The Festival of Flamenco singing is the cultural act more important that is celebrated in Anisette. The contest initiated in 1.975 with participation of Antonio Fernández Fosforito, José Meneses, Barquerito of Fuengirola, Pansequito of the Port, Gitanillo de Vélez, Manuela Carrasco to the dance and the guitars of José Gala and José Campillo. Anisette turns during every year in the capital malaguenha of the Fleming, since numerous persons come to the Festival of the whole Costa del Sol

Between the most traditional vegetables plates scads find them with rice or noodles, the pipeo of broad beans, the skittle of fennels, the rice with cod or the exquisite cold vegetable soup with grapes and almonds. As for the plates of fighter, the most habitual there are usually the rabbit with tomato, rabbit with potatoes and stew of partridge
